• As many long-time, die hard SCC fans will recall, the cessation of active campaign organization here at savethescc.com was a decision driven in part by the standstill in the Terminator franchise following Pacificor's procurement of film rights.

In December 2012, Annapurna Pictures finalized a deal with Pacificor for the rights to additional film installments in the Terminator franchise, which represents the first new activity in the Terminator 'verse since the cancellation of The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

So if you're reading this, remember that you are the Resistance and that it doesn't hurt to take a minute or two to remind the WB of that.

    No fate.

Save One Show – Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles (May 2009)

When the results of your 300,000 votes came in, we called up Terminator show runner and executive producer Josh Friedman with the good news, and he told us exclusively, “I think I speak for everybody who works on the show when I say thank you to the fans for their tireless work to save our show. I think it really goes to show that there’s a really hard-core, emotional, passionate fan base for Terminator that is larger and more widespread than people give us credit for.”

From mothers, fathers, siblings and friends to beloved characters on a television show, cancer is a reality for all of us. That’s why, as part of the September/October campaign, we at savethescc.com encouraged fans to give back for Sarah Connor through the American Cancer Society.
