Welcome Message | Jump to Staff Information

Once in a great while, art in the form of television does more then just entertain: it creates a community. Welcome to ours.

On January 14th, 2008, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles debuted.

Fans connected from all around the globe in response to more then just the excellent sci-fi drama that had reached their screens. They replied to the underlying themes that strike a chord so deep they don’t just entertain our minds but touch our hearts.

On May 18th, 2009 the show was officially canceled.

Here at savethescc, our goal is simple: bring back The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Bring back the archetypes that ring so true that every fan can see themselves in one of the many characters so close to our hearts. Bring back the show that gave us all a chance to meet such great people that shared our passion and even brought you, dear reader, to our doorstep.

So what can you do even after the executives and CEOs have had their say, dotted the I’s, and crossed the T’s? You show them how big a mistake a cancellation like this was. We already have many campaigns currently running and we hope you’ll take the time to join the ranks of participants.

The dedicated staff here at savethescc will do all they can for you, the fans. Stay up to date with our news blog, visit our forums and chatroom and connect with more people just like you, and be sure to enter for a chance to win great prizes in our current giveaway.

Remember, you are the Resistance. The question is, will you join us?

Take back the future. There is no fate but what we make for ourselves.

about:

This show has made me do a lot of weird things. Like co-found this site and work with crazy people to do crazy things. It’s busy, it’s insane and it’s a wee bit hazardous to your health. But it also makes you love it. And that, boys and girls, is The Sarah Connor Chronicles in a nutshell. Me in a nutshell? Fangirl. Canadian. Wading through wtf-ery and wondering what she’s doing.

about:

Before TSCC, I’d never even heard the term fandom. But now I know exactly what it means. Something with this show clicked with me and I became intrigued by the story and attached to the characters. I found myself watching episodes over again, spouting bits of dialog, having lengthy discussions, posting wacky theories and even making TSCC action figures. In short, I became a freaking big nerd for this show.

about:

Schmacky loves TSCC. She is obsessed with the show. She also loves video editing, so it’s natural she put the two together and can’t stop making TSCC videos. She also thinks TSCC fans rock. No Fate.

about:

TSCC is the first and only television show that ever inspired me to fight for more of it. When it got canceled I found a community within savethescc.com that spans the globe. We’ve never met, but we fight, side by side and back to back in the one thing we all have in common. BRING BACK TSCC!!

I like to edit videos and do visual effects for fun, which is also my job so it’s the best of both worlds. I also host The Sarah Connor Commentaries podcast and co-host the Operation Save Sarah podcast. – oh and, No Fate!!

about:

This show grabbed hold of me from the beginning and has been eating up my life ever since the May 18 craziness. I haven’t slept properly in months, I’ve done crazy stuff for this show but the dedicated fans and friends I’ve made from around the world make up for it. It can get stressful but it’s lots of fun too.
