We’re finishing The Freaking Big Push with a Freaking Big Giveaway!

In order to help promote the Season 2 DVD/Blu-Rays and to give a little back to you, the fans, the admin at savethescc.com are personally funding a Giveaway. It’s going to be awesome and it’s going to be freaking big (okay, freaking big for us. We aren’t giving away any Dodge trucks or Jeeps, blown up or otherwise.)

How To Participate:

  1. There are two methods of participation:
    1. Send us the Proof of Purchase tab A (scroll down for instructions on how to find it) from a copy of the second season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles in an envelope along with the following information: Name, Age, Email, Phone Number, Address (Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code) to the address below.
    2. Send us a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will then mail you a unique code by which your entry will be identified. Then fill out of the following information on a 3×5 index card: Name, Age, Email, Phone Number, Address (Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code) and code number. This card constitutes one entry. Mail this card to us at the below address.

Where are the Proof of Purchase tabs?


 

Rules:

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. The Giveaway begins at 12:00AM PST September 22 2009 and ends at 2:00PM PST October 26 2009.
  3. Winners will be announced by October 31 2009. Winners will be notified by either phone or email. By accepting a prize, all prize winners consent to the publication of their name on the list of winners. Prize-winners must be confirmed by either phone or email within seven (7) days of drawing. Failure to confirm will result in a forfeit of that prize and a random draw from the remaining eligible entries will occur for that prize.
  4. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.
  5. Entrants must be lawful residents of the United States of America or Canada, and 18 years of age or the age of majority in accordance to the location of the entrant.
  6. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged entries.
  7. All savethescc.com staff, associates and their families are ineligible
  8. Federal, state/province and local tax liability and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Void where restricted and prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  9. The odds of winning any of the prizes is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
  10. By entering The Giveaway, all entrants agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions. Non-compliance will result in disqualification.
  11. All decisions regarding The Giveaway made by savethescc.com are final.
