Hmmmmmm........no one's posted a comment since 9-1-11. If you guys want to see this series again you've got to make more noise than that. I've said this before and I'll say it again. This should come back as an Internet show. Forget television, the networks, etc. All viewing life is shifting to the Internet. Your television will be for streaming shows from the Internet - so people can watch not only on their computers but on their Iphone and Android phones and tablets. See the posts above from Guyana and Holland!! I've worked in television for many years. I know a good show when I see it. But just because something is good doesn't mean it's going to survive the nonsense that goes into a show's survival. Want names on petitions to get production entities interested in continuing to produce episodes? Show this thing world wide. China, India, Russia. Go after the billions and not just the millions. Think out of the freaking box already. Don't get stuck on seeing the same actors again. There's so much incredible talent waiting for an opportunity. We could have the old cast make guest appearances if they're already committed to something else. There's hungry writers out there who can't break into the studio/network system who can knock out wonderful stories. Start inviting people worldwide to submit story lines and line up a couple of seasons of stories. Look for story ideas that take a world approach to solving Skynet problems - and for that matter, update the horrors of Skynet. (Computer viruses and wholesale shutdown of computer banks is probably more threatening than bombs. When there was an earthquake in North Carolina recently, no one could make a cell phone call anywhere on the East Coast for hours!) This show has heart. There isn't much out there that does. Hats off to those who have kept this thing alive after most shows would be dead. Now it's time to share the burden with the entire world. Imagine hundreds or thousands of people engaged in the effort worldwide. Story lines and scripts should be coming in daily electronically. Readers worldwide should be going through them to find the best. Best case scenarios for episodes and season story lines should be posted on the Internet so that others can write to those ideas and scenarios. The whole idea should be shopped to producers who can handle the production job. Directors you like should be wooed to get them interested and even committed if and when it should go into production and their schedules allow. And by the way, there's plenty of money out there - around the world - to get this off the ground. There's always money looking for something to get in to. Got to go now.... PTA meeting!! Gary

I urge all the fans to keep fighting. This was the best show I watched since Firefly, and like Firefly I was absolutely crushed when I heard that it was cancelled, I could not believe that after the awesome series finale I would not get to see how the story would end. It's really a shame, because TSCC was much deeper and enjoyable than the films (except when John was being a dick to sweet Cameron, I love Summer Glau).

The only explanation that I can come up with as to why the series was cancelled is because Fox and WB are actually controlled by Skynet and it doesn't want to raise human awareness about it.

Has Thomas Dekker given any new updates on the proposed dvd movie? Any hope seems to have long since faded and with the rights changing hands I fear that this great show is well and truly gone. :(
